4. Health Information (Special Category Data)
Because we provide medical aesthetic treatments, we collect and process health information. This is classed as special category data under UK GDPR and is given additional protection. We process it on the basis that it is necessary for the provision of healthcare and treatment (Article 9(2)(h) UK GDPR), and with your explicit consent where required.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: assess your suitability for treatment and provide safe, appropriate care; manage bookings, payments, and appointment reminders; maintain accurate medical records as required by law and professional standards; respond to enquiries and complaints; and, only with your consent, send you marketing communications or use photographs for promotional purposes. You may withdraw consent for marketing or photography at any time.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
We rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the services you book); legal obligation (record-keeping and regulatory requirements); legitimate interests (running and improving our clinic); provision of healthcare (for health data); and consent (marketing and promotional photography).

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with: healthcare professionals involved in your care; our booking, payment, and IT service providers, who act under strict confidentiality obligations; insurers or legal advisers where necessary; and regulators or authorities where required by law.

Medical records are retained for a minimum of 8 years after your last treatment, in line with UK healthcare record-keeping guidance. Booking and payment records are kept for 6 years for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your information secure, including secure storage of records, restricted access, and confidentiality obligations for all staff.
